Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of WRP — Vehicle Wraps, PPF & Tint ("WRP", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services, including our website, physical shop location, and any related services.

Services

WRP provides professional vehicle customization services including but not limited to:

• Vinyl vehicle wraps (full and partial)
• Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation
• Ceramic coating application
• Window tinting (automotive and commercial)
• Commercial vehicle branding

All services are subject to availability and require appointment scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle or customer at our discretion.

Pricing & Payment

All prices quoted are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Vehicle condition and preparation requirements
• Complexity of the design or installation
• Additional services requested
• Material availability and selection

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept cash, credit cards, and approved financing options.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. We require:

• At least 48 hours notice for rescheduling
• At least 72 hours notice for cancellations

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits. We understand emergencies happen — please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

Warranty

WRP provides workmanship warranties on all installations. Specific warranty terms vary by service:

• Vinyl Wraps: Installation warranty covers lifting, bubbling, and peeling. Does not cover physical damage, improper care, or manufacturer defects.
• PPF: Installation warranty plus manufacturer's film warranty when applicable.
• Ceramic Coating: Warranty period varies by coating package selected.
• Window Tint: Lifetime warranty against bubbling, peeling, and fading on select films.

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence. Warranties are non-transferable.

Limitation of Liability

WRP strives to provide the highest quality services. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to vehicles not documented during intake
• Damage caused by third-party products or materials
• Normal wear and tear or environmental damage
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
